Yes, plant-based. Every flavour is real fruit, berries or nuts covered in organic 70% Peruvian dark chocolate, with no milk, cream, honey or gelatin added.
Some flavours carry a may contain milk, soy and tree nuts statement on the pouch. If you have an allergy, check each flavour's ingredients and allergens on our flavours page before ordering.
Yes on both. All our products are 100% gluten-free (no wheat, barley, rye, or oats) and certified organic. Every ingredient is grown without synthetic pesticides, fertilizers, or GMOs. We source from certified organic, fair-trade farms in Peru, Sri Lanka, and Canada.

We source from certified organic, fair-trade farms around the world. Pineapple, mango, goldenberries, Brazil nuts, and our 70% dark chocolate (cocoa paste, cocoa butter, unrefined cane sugar) all come from Peru. Coconut comes from Sri Lanka, and cranberries from Canada. Every ingredient is Non-GMO and ethically sourced.
