Subscription, Pre-Order & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to subscription purchases, pre-orders, and other recurring purchase options offered by Green Sun Foods.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency you select (for example: every 2 weeks or every month).
Billing
- Your payment method will be charged automatically according to your selected delivery schedule.
- Payment is processed before each shipment.
- If you choose a prepaid subscription option, you will be charged upfront for the full subscription term.
You authorize Green Sun Foods to securely store your payment method for recurring billing.
Managing Your Subscription
You may:
- Skip a shipment
- Change your delivery frequency
- Update your shipping address
- Update your payment method
- Cancel your subscription
You can manage your subscription through the link provided in your order confirmation email or by logging into your customer account.
Cancellation Policy (Subscriptions)
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
However:
- Cancellations must be made at least 3 business days before your next billing date.
- If cancellation is requested after your payment has been processed, that shipment will not be refunded.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails:
- We will automatically retry the payment method.
- If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by failed payments.
Subscription Discounts
If your subscription includes a promotional discount:
- The discount applies only while the subscription remains active.
- If the subscription is cancelled and restarted, pricing may change.
- We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with advance notice.
Product Availability
In rare cases, a product in your subscription may become unavailable. We may:
- Substitute with a similar product (with notice), or
- Delay fulfillment until inventory is available.
You will be notified in such cases.
Warm Weather & Seasonal Shipping
Because our products are made with real 70% Peruvian dark chocolate, shipping schedules may be adjusted during warm weather months to protect product quality.
Subscription shipments may be delayed to avoid weekend holds or extreme temperature exposure.
Pre-Orders
When purchasing a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is currently out of stock or not yet released.
We may:
- Charge full payment at checkout, or
- Collect a partial deposit and charge the remaining balance before fulfillment.
Estimated shipping dates are approximate and may change.
Pre-Order Cancellation
- You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled.
- Once a pre-order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Refunds for cancelled pre-orders will be issued to the original payment method.

General Terms
Green Sun Foods reserves the right to:
- Modify subscription pricing with reasonable notice
- Cancel subscriptions due to suspected fraud or abuse
- Update this policy at any time
Continued participation in a subscription constitutes acceptance of these terms.
